At this time, Dr. Funke accepts Aetna and Quest Behavioral Health and is “out of network” for other health insurance companies. Most insurance carriers provide reimbursement for “out of network” mental health providers. If you choose this route, you will provided with the necessary documentation to obtain reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Contact Dr. Funke if you have questions about this.
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Zelle are accepted.
Policies
No Surprises: Good Faith Estimate
If you don’t have health insurance or plan to pay for health care bills yourself, generally, health care providers and facilities must give you an estimate of expected charges when you schedule an appointment for a health care item or service, or if you ask for an estimate. This is called a “good faith estimate.”

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, advanced notice --that is, at least 24 hours before your appointment-- is appreciated. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before your visit) will be subject to a fee equal to half of the rate of the visit.
No Show Policy
You are given a 15-minute grace period after the start time of your appointment to arrive for the visit. After this period lapses, it is considered a missed appointment (or "no show"), and the full rate of the visit will be charged.
